Booking Terms & Conditions

Important: Please do not book any flights or make travel arrangements until the workshop has been confirmed with an email from us. The workshop will only go ahead if the minimum amount of people has been met.

To reserve your place, complete the booking registration online. A deposit is due upon registration,this is refundable up unti 6 months prior to the start of the retreat,after which it becomes non refundable unless your place can be filled.

The full balance of the art retreat must be paid at least 3 months before the start date of the retreat.

If payment is not received 3 months prior to the start of the retreat, we reserve the right to give notice in writing that the reservation is canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded.

For cancellations made up to 3 months before a retreat start date, the total retreat balance (minus the deposit) will be refunded.

For cancellations made less than 3 months before the retreat start date, no refunds will be issued.

If for any reason the retreat is cancelled, the full payment, including the deposit, will be 100% reimbursed. 

If an instructor has to withdraw at the last minute due to illness, or circumstances beyond our control, we will endeavor to find a replacement of the same caliber.Failing this the full payment, including the deposit will be 100% refunded. 

You are required to arrange comprehensive travel insurance; Corfu in Colour will not be liable for any health or safety issues whilst on the retreat.

Please take all reasonable and proper care of the property and leave it in the same state as found at the start of the retreat. Any damage to the property resulting from negligence will be charged for.

Complimentary transfers to and from the airport are included. If you plan to arrive or depart outside of the designated pick-up times, or if a transfer from a different location is required, private transfers can be arranged at extra cost.

For the comfort of all guests, smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation.
