The Art Retreat
An all-inclusive stay at a beautiful villa in Corfu overlooking the Ionian Sea. The retreat will be all about exploring Corfu and being inspired by nature and the magical beauty of the island.
Painting will take place at different venues, all plein-air, subject to the weather. We will paint in olive groves, ancient ruins, forests and secret coves.
Breakfast and dinner will be made of delicious fresh ingredients from the island. Lunches will be a snack and most often a picnic out in the field.
You will paint in the ancient village of Old Perithia, the oldest village on the island, dating back to the 13th century. A village of Venetian origin that was once a hideaway from pirates. This will be followed by a delicious lunch at our favorite Taverna there.
We will also go to a Taverna in the local village, for an authentic Greek evening of dancing and entertainment.
This is a small exclusive retreat and we want you to have the best learning experience possible, therefore numbers are small with a maximum of ten people.Most times however there will be only six people painting ,making it a very immersive learning experience with lots of one on one time with the instructor.

About us
“Corfu in Colour” was born out of Kate’s passion for the island as a pastel painter and wanting to share its incredible beauty and magic with fellow artists.
